Alternatives for Health has been in Columbus since 1982. We are located at 1260 Jackson Street in Columbus. That’s right behind the Rumple Building and diagonally behind the Coca Cola Company on Washington Street. We moved to this address in 1996. For years we have been a very successful massage 
center and massage therapy training school. In September
of 2005, we added a Day Spa to our center. We are proud to offer
the best in personnel to bring you stellar service in both areas. It
is our goal that, as you leave our establishment, you both feel and look good . Alternatives for
Health (AFH) is a family oriented business. Both the 
massage center and the salon cater to the entire family. We have
many customers who come for a service and bring another family member
with them. If you haven’t been in to see us, please stop by. We will be happy to give you a tour and show you what’s available.

We have several stylists who are proficient in updos for that special occasion. The products used in the salon are also available for sale in our lobby. Think of us for those special dates, parties, weddings or for any other occasions.
